Oxygen generators produce oxygen gas from compressed air and offer a cost-effective, reliable and safe alternative to traditional oxygen gas supplies such as cylinder or liquid.Oxygen generators are available in 19 standard models with capacity in the range from 1,6 - 200 Nm 3 /hour at 90 to 95% purity. PSA generators Oxywise are designed for 24/7 operation. Each generator is equiped with automatic stop, enabling the generator to stop automatically when there is no consumption of gas from generator (i.e. product line is shut down, no patient is breathing O2 from line).

Oxygen Generator consist of two columns filled with molecular sieve (Zeolite). Pre-treated compressed air enters the active column and follows up through the Zeolite. Nitrogen and the other gases are being adsorbed while the oxygen passes ttely regenerate. In order to secure steady flow oxygen generator is built from two columns; one is active while the other is inactive. At the end of cycle they switch roles.

Oxywise has a wide range ofOxygen filling stationsused for filling cylinders of any size up to 200 bar. The filling capacity ranges from 2 to 200 cylinders per day. The system can be set up to fill the hospital pipeline directly and use the filling ramp as a backup system. Oxygen cylinders can be filled simultaneously or during hours with low consumption.
